My eleven foot tall arched window on the second floor of my house had cracked.
I called Diablo Glass for an estimate of replacement. Bob showed up on time, and gave me a price and date of the new installation of the new window.
On the promised date, Bob showed up on time with a crew and necessary equipment and removed the cracked window and installed the new one, all on time and on budget.
Then he cleaned everything – the floor, the garden, and cleaned the new window to a sparkle. It is a beautiful window.
In today’s world, it is not often one encounters this kind of work ethic and integrity.
